New Vikings general manager Nolan Teasley hired Pace this week as a football adviser, according to the report.
Pace, 49, was the GM for the Bears from 2015-21 before spending the past four seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. He was the vice president of football operations and player personnel for Atlanta from 2024-25nolan
Pace will serve as a “GM-level sounding board” for Teasley, per ESPN. Teasley, 42, was hired earlier this month after 14 years with the Seattle Seahawks. Teasley spent the past three seasons as the assistant GM for the reigning Super Bowl champions.
