DMV Spotlight on 11.17.2019 shines a light on the 37th Annual Turkey Chase hosted by the YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase and the BCC Rotary Club. Guest Carla Larrick, Vice President of Operations for the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington and guest, Bill Audas, member of the BCC Rotary Club and the immediate Turkey Chase chair offered details on the various runs offered for the annual 10-K on November 28th, 2019 that now includes a 2 mile run, a 1-K and a tot trot. Carla and Bill explained the money raised by the Turkey Chase supports the youth programs and provides funds for under served young people to attend the YMCA camps in the summertime along with support from the BCC Rotary Club. Carla and Bill also shared many experiences and race day memories. Both underscored the programs the YMCA can offer because of the popular 37th Annual Turkey Chase.
